Sam Jones followed up his role as Flash Gordon by playing Denny “The Spirit” Colt. By the way, google insists that _Knight Rider_ got an ongoing comic book describing the adventures of crimefighter Michael Knight and his Tony-Stark-esque gear – which arguably puts David Hasselhoff in the running (as, uh, the white Nick Fury). ---

John Hart played the Lone Ranger and Captain Africa (he was supposed to play the Phantom, but there were copyright issues). He also played one of Luthor’s henchmen in _Atom Man vs Superman_, and a bit part in the 1949 _Batman and Robin_ ---

Before playing Bruce Wayne’s straight-out-of-the-comics butler, Michael Caine was a one-man League of Extraordinary Gentlemen as Captain Nemo, Jekyll/Hyde, and Sherlock Holmes; also playing Holmes – Sherlock and Mycroft – was Bond villain Christopher Lee, who before his Dooku days was Fu Manchu and Dracula when he wasn’t busy fighting Captain America in one movie and Captain Invincible in another. ---
