Maybe we’re leaving the obvious alone but I’ll mention her anyway… Liz Taylor.

Has Joan Rivers ever been in a movie? (If so, Joan Rivers.) It’s like she has to lean backwards now to blink.

Gotta put a vote it for Jack Wild, who played the Artful Dodger in the '68 version of Oliver. Cute as a button at age 14… now? Ugh.

In the late 60’s Michael J Pollard played a US soldier in the film “Hannibal Brooks”. His character was kinda counter-culture, young, gung ho, one of the more interesting things in a so-so film. Then less than 20 years later he appears in Roxanne, grey frizzly hair, pot-bellied, looked maybe 40 years older. Wow!

And who was the star of Hannibal Brooks? Oliver Reed. Ho hum. Given that Pollard is still going strong, according to IMDB, maybe he got the better deal.
