Dominique Swain and Heather Graham. Big fans of both of them, and I’ll actually watch a movie _because_ they’re in it. But they qualify because every film they do just sucks ass. I mean dreadfully awful. And I tend to like the plot descriptions, so I can’t fault their script reading. It’s just so disappointing. I like both of them, and then I’ll see they’re in a film that sounds interesting and I get psyched. And then it turns out ot be a total piece of shit. Gets me every time. I can’t comprehend those of you who avoid movies because of a specific actor. To me that’s just crazy. I _like_ movies, so I’d never avoid one for such a petty reason. ---

Thought of another–Scarlet Johannssen. I don’t understand how she’s so popular. She’s got the same blank face in every movie. And it’s not like she’s SO fabulously good looking that she can just stand there and look cute. I often wonder if the character she was playing in Ghost World might have been more interesting if someone else had been cast as her role. And I can’t help thinking that about most of what I’ve seen her in. ---

Nicolas Cage for me, too. John Travolta, Bruce Willis, and Jack Nicholson, as well. I want to see an actor who disappears into their character, not the character who disappears into the actor. Juliette Lewis annoys me because she tries way too hard. ---

I won’t watch any movies with these people in them, even if the movie’s premise seems promising. Tom Hanks Tom Cruise Jim Carrey Leonardo DiCaprio Whoopi Goldberg Will Ferrell also tends to drag movies down, but if he just has a bit part, that usually doesn’t manage to destroy a whole movie for me. ---

Shia Labeouf. Hate that little pecker. My heart sank when I heard he was in the most recent Indiana Jones movie. (Granted, that movie didn’t need him for it suck ass.) And now I’m pissed to find out he’s going to be in the new Wall Street movie. So much so, that I may avoid it all together. ---

**Julia Roberts** , with her distractingly large number of teeth. **Tom Cruise** - I’m ashamed to admit that I thought he was cute back in the 80s, but his later crazyness and lack of acting abilities has made me hate all of his movies, including a retroactive hate back to movies I used to like. **Catherine Zeta-Jones** , I’m not sure why, she just bugs me. The newest addition to this list is shaping up to be **Sam Worthington**. He wasn’t even on my radar until recently, but he’s starting to really bug me, with his constant squinty look and his terrible accent work. Also, in the few interviews I’ve seen with him he seems dumb as a bag of hammers. ---

Hollywood needs to do a better job of finding new talent for their blockbusters, instead of just expecting a movie to be a blockbuster because it stars Jack Nicholson. I’d much rather go see a new movie where I don’t recognize any of the lead actors than go see _that new Jack Nicholson movie_, whatever it’s called. Add to the list all of the annoying man-child shticks such as Will Farrel and Martin Lawrence.
