I doubt if it occurs often enough for the cliche to be true, but another example would be [Lysette Anthony](http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000771/) – she played the beautiful young princess in Krull, then couldn’t get a lot of other roles because she’d been typecast. She wound up getting naked and doing it softcore style in erotic thrillers like “Save Me” and “A Brilliant Disguise.” Looks like she’s doing more mainstream stuff now. ---

The relatively impressive thing about Tanya Roberts is that, after _Charlie’s Angels_, she was forced into the softcore trenches. . . and then years later still managed to land a role on a popular sitcom (_That 70’s Show_). My guess is that’s not too common. ---

I believe the “Hot Line” series in Roberts’ filmography was a series of softcore porn vignettes with Roberts as the host. Don’t know if Roberts actually participated in the sex, but it was certainly all about the sex. ---

Actually, I want them do porn _and_ have their careers to go very well. So, I guess my answer is none. Except Janeane Garafolo. I’d like for her to disappear for ever, along with all record of her existence. But, that’s just IMO, of course. ---

Well, there are a lot of hot porn actresses already out there, so if Britney wasn’t famous and was in porn, no-one would bat an eyelid. It’s becuse she’s famous we want her to do porn I think.
