Think this shoulda been in GQ?

I don’t know the answer, but you may find it in this book.

Edward is right–they do have them.

The Adam’s Apple is the tip of the Thyroid cartilage, which is one of the anatomical elements of the larynx.

The vocal anatomy is identical for men and women, except that men’s larynxes tend to be considerably larger and the individual parts more pronounced; so, women do have Adam’s Apples, but they usually aren’t noticable.

A lot of men don’t have noticable Adam’s Apples either. It all depends on the individual’s anatomy, body fat, etc.
