I’ve heard of adults that were never disciplined as a child. This is the first time I’ve seen the results. It is pretty rare, in my opinion, that one spouse is totally evil and the other totally innocent when a relationship becomes dysfunctional. They usually feed off each other. Her behavior does suggest someone who is very immature and has poor impulse control, but his reaction makes him seem like a bit of a jerk. I think for most people, if you’re furious about something and your spouse just laughs at you, it’s just going to make you angrier and more out of control even if you aren’t an immature brat. ---

Arguments within a marriage aren’t unusual. But regressing into a 4 year olds temper tantrum is… disturbing. I get angry sometimes but my last temper tantrum was about age 9. My grandad calmly talked me through it and I calmed down. I felt so foolish afterward that I never did it again. ---

And you are shocked that she acts like a little girl? He knows what buttons to push to get her to be this way. He set up his phone and did it. She isn’t any prize either. She should have fucking left him long ago. yes she has issues and could probably benefit by seeing a doctor. But he is just a total douche and they don’t have any meds for that yet. ---

I disagree. You don’t know how long he’s had to put up with that shit. I’ve had, in the past, the misfortune of dating a woman as impulsive and immature as that, and when you have to deal with that kind of person day after day, eventually you stop giving a shit; it becomes a joke and all you can do is laugh (and leave). To an outsider, seeing this one incident at the very end of their relationship, sure, he’s being a dick, but if you were him, you’d understand. I just hope they don’t have any kids. ---

It’s about his complete disregard for her feelings. She wanted to go to the lake on their one day together and he decided that they couldn’t because he needed to get the tires rotated on the truck. She wanted to get some cigarettes and he refused to pull over. She wanted to feel like she actually mattered to him and he laughed at her and recorded it. Furthermore, what kind of man can’t rotate his own tires in the driveway in 20 minutes? ---

This woman has severe issues with regulating her emotions. She said she was having a panic attack at one point and I doubt she was lying - her anxiety was probably contributing to her wild behavior. It’s not normal to have anxiety just because you don’t get your way. If I were her husband I’d have to put down an ultimatum, either she get the mental health treatment she obviously needs, or I leave. But I don’t think the guy is interested in fixing the relationship. Obviously he has contempt for her because he posted this video. Someone sincerely interested in addressing this problem would not put her on the internet as an object of ridicule, because that of course only makes the situation worse. Agree with **Ana** - they both have issues. And I’m pretty sure their relationship is doomed. ---
