But if \*\*wring \*\* had been familiar with \*\*Aeschines’ \*\* previous behavior (which she says she had not noticed before) she would have known the effort was almost certain to be futile before even starting the thread. ---

I agree that \*\*wring \*\* is astute enough to recognize a hopeless case; it therefore seemed obvious that she had not previously noticed what a consistent asshole **Aeschines** has been (as she says herself a few posts up). This was not intended as a snark against **wring,** but one against **Aeschines.** ---
