Then we can compare them to Stephen Jay Gould to see who is more respected and a more credible expert. ---

I could save you the time and just say - he’s not held in high regard on that issue (or a number of [others](http://infoproc.blogspot.co.nz/2011/06/high-v-low-m.html)).
