My cat gets fed wet food twice a day. (There is also a gravity feed dry food dispenser.) He gets half a can in the morning, and the half-can gets covered and kept in the fridge. Somehow, I also got into the habit of keeping the half-can in the fridge until the next day, so he doesn’t get the same food for breakfast and dinner. ---

I have Fresh Pet, as well as another (cheaper) canned food, and dry, too. Yes, she gets served three kinds, but not much of each. And I microwave the leftover canned to room temp. Spoiled? Nah!!! 😉 ---

I take the refrigerated partial can out of the fridge about an hour before dinner time to give it time to get to room temp. Occasionally I forget, and then apologize to Rascal for serving him cold food. ---

Our late Max had almost no teeth left, so we had to feed him canned food. We never fed him more than about a quarter of a can at a time (but he got 4 or 5 small meals a day due to his intestinal issues), so we had to keep it in the fridge. We nuked it beforehand. Yes, he was spoiled. ---

No, you scoop out a spoonful or two, then cover the can and then put it in the fridge. But so what? What if you spread out a few scoops on a plate, the cat eats a couple nibbles, so you cover the plate and put it in the fridge? And a lot of things smell - that’s why you seal them in with ziplocs/saran wrap. ---

ok, I play mobile games a lot … and in mobile games, at some point, you either start paying money for stuff or you watch ads to get whatever you need to accomplish what you’re trying to do like say your building a castle you’ll have it where it takes 60 real hours for each wall… well you know that’s crap so there are 3 options 1 just let it take 60 hours 2 buy whatever premium currency the game requires to speed it up with real money via google play or 3 watch ads …and most of the time the ads are in 3 flavors version one is just a normal game commercial that may or may not show what you’re actually supposed to do in the game vers 1.5 is said commercial with a short “demo” that usually has nothing to do with the game it’s just there to keep you there so google can register you watched the ad version two usually applies to whats supposedly role-playing games usually Asian with scantily clad female characters … these get highly suggestive … version 3 is new…this type looks to be cheap European-made ads where fools run around a town where everyone supposedly just sits around playing this game while someone runs around like a used car salesman in a cheap suit throwing out bonus offer to bribe people to play the damn game … [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/again-with-the-annoying-commercials/790089.md?page=218) [Next page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/again-with-the-annoying-commercials/790089.md?page=220)
