Not any specific commercial but at this time of year, we’re going to see a flood of commercials for Medicare Advantage plans. ---

Oh God yes!. It’s what I just came in to complain about. And I’m getting all the spam calls on the phone as well. I’m experimenting with profane responeses. If it’s a live human my answers are worse than if it’s a recording. ---

I don’t watch a lot of TV, but it seems on some channels, there are always Medicare ads. I think the Jardiance lady is cute, and she deserves better choreography. Even TikTok dances would be better than that finger-snapping mess. (Full disclosure-I’ve taken Jardiance and had some very unpleasant (and TMI) side effects). ---

My dad looked into the part about being able to have no premiums. Essentially, they restrict your access to service and the cost savings pay for the premiums. ---

Yup! This is why you see a flood of ads for Medicare “Advantage” plans. You can tell the HMO model is more profitable for insurance companies by the vast number of those plans and their huge ad budgets. ---

I came here just to say this! And besides, I just irrationally HATE this commercial anyway. The twee gaudy ornaments, the smug family, that horrendous song, the words ‘glow up’ and mostly that stinking candle. Glade stinkers sell by the millions, but I’d rather wave a stick of incense around for a minute. Irrational. HATE. ---

Gain commercials where the person is basking in the laundry scent. Ack that stuff is potent. Pro tip - do not bag Gain with any food products. ---
