any charmin commercial with the bears can just die ……. because of the last one I have a 7 year old who jumps around saying “my hineys clean” everytime he uses the pot ……… ---

That Cottonelle toilet paper commercial where they interview cute as a button six year olds about the cleanliness of their buttholes. “As clean as a crystal castle.” “Like a silky white marble”. It’s incredibly disturbing. ---

Along with another commerical with kids where they are made to eat a vegan something or other and one says it tastes like “a poop pinata.” I laugh every time. ---

Too late to edit but I looked it up and she says ‘poopy pinata’ and the commercial is for Crest toothpaste. I say this because I don’t want you guys to search for ‘poop pinata’ like I did and find out that you can buy one on Etsy AND from Amazon. There are DIY crafting instruction on making a poop pinata. I am shook! ---

That commercial for that penis extension pill (where they can’t exactly say what it actually does) where one of the women interviewed when asked “What’s the biggest you have been with” replies calmly “About 10 or 11 inches” and then claims she prefers those in guys. That’s like a guy being asked what his preferred cup size in a woman “I dunno, I think K cups are pretty nice.” ---

They’re a bit expensive but if you get them dark, they make good coffee. ---

Not so much annoying as baffling, but what’s the deal with Publix and their super long holiday commercials? There’s almost enough plot to make a Hallmark movie. ---

Well, you remember not only the commercials, but the company they’re for. So that’s what the deal is (from the point of view of the Publix marketing department). I guess there are people who look forward to those commercials as a sign that the holidays have arrived. Also, Publix has made some money selling the salt-shakers and such that have appeared in the commercials, over the years. ---

Speaking of poopy things, there’s now a drug commercial for IBS that has people sitting on toilets and gazing at the bathroom walls waiting for something to emerge. I await the day when the first ad shows us an emerging turd. That’s when I go full-time cable streaming. ---

I think the Away luggage commercials are a little creepy. Exactly why is that red bikini so prominently placed in the packed suitcase? We’re supposed to visualize the narrator wearing it? ---

All of the ancestry (and similar) commercials are awful. But the one with Kelly Ripa saying “I found out that I’m 75% Italian!” is stupid in its own way - because that means that 3 of her 4 grandparents were Italian, which I cannot imagine that she did not know - but it’s presented as a Brand! New! Discovery! Also, she’s really annoying. ---
