I saw part of some Marvel movie promo. Don’t know what movie, don’t care. The annoying thing about it was that it just seemed full of lazy cliches. Hulk is running straight at winged guy (who has Capt America’s shield for some reason, don’t care). Winged guy jumps into the air and does a slow motion rotation as Hulk runs underneath him. He then lands in one of those tri-pod landings. I don’t even watch superhero movies and I think I’ve seen these moves a hundred times. The lack of imagination is insulting. ---

Yes, to make the tourists happy. There is even some personage who has declared themselves “King of Cockney Slang” or something, dresses outlandishly and entertains the rubes. I am sure it used to be a real thing, but it is now mostly there to entertain the tourists. ---

I use a tablespoon of sugar in mine. Of course, my recipe makes about two gallons. ---

That sounds almost as ridiculous as the Meta ads I’ve seen on YouTube, featuring a dimwitted guy who asks the Meta AI questions about what to do if the food he’s cooking needs acid, or how to make his child eat breakfast. The chafe commercials are gross. The woman who narrates it says she thinks the backlash against it us fatphobic. Really? I don’t really care what the women in the commercial look like; I don’t want to watch them reach up their skirts in public to rub the stuff on. A couple look like they’re trying to insert the stuff. I think it’s a good product, so’s deodorant having said that I wouldn’t apply either on a public sidewalk. ---
