# Age gaps in relationships

I had a two-year relationship with a girl who was 23 when we started dating, and I was 38. (= 15 years diff).

She was really clingy within the relationship, and that was one of the main stresses of the relationship. But as soon as we separated, she blocked me on everything, so her feelings were apparently like a switch…

When I first replied to this thread I mentioned my last ex-girlfriend who was 10 years younger than me. Now I’m living with someone who is 11 years younger than me. She is going to school to change careers and I’m going to retire relatively soon.
