I am not wealthy. I make a decent living, though. I’d like to think that I wouldn’t piss away a big lottery windfall, but I’m not at all certain, and here’s why

I worry myself with spending sprees like that, if I had more money I’d be no different.

I like to think my ex-banker father would help me squirrel it all away so I wouldn’t be able to blow it away all at once.

Don’t be so sure. I did that for a while. It becomes really cozy really quickly, and it’s really easy to just go on doing it.
