That link only included the first image, and not any followup ones you made. I suspect this different behavior stems from your sessions talking to slightly different versions of ChatGPT. I used to see that kind of thing a lot more often back during the early 3.5 days. And it would frequently tell me “the model you were talking to is no longer available, now you’re on the most recent one.” All without official version number changes. ---
