I’ve started working in a large office and I’ve noticed that since I’ve started I feel a bit bunged up around my nose and throat. I have a feeling it’s the air conditioning in the office. Is this a possibility? Do other people find they dont get on with air conditioning?

Yes, it’s probably the A/C, and yes, other people have this problem. There’s not a lot you can do about it.

You can read this, FWIW.

Not everybody agrees that there even IS something called “sick building syndrome”.

If you can get everybody in your office to agree that the air quality is making them sick, then you can talk to the building manager about doing something. Mostly we just all live with it.
