Before becoming Chairman of the FRB, what field of economics (labor, financial, development, econometrics, etc.) did Greenspan specialize in?

According to [Greenspan’s bio](http://www.federalreserve.gov/bios/greenspan.htm), he has a BA, MS, and PhD in economics. His work experience is described as follows:
