When I was in college, we had Alby, the Albino Squirrel that lived on campus. Hell, for all I know we were on the fourth or fifth Alby…how long do squirrels live? Because she was there before i got there in 2000, and is “still there” in 2008, so I imagine we are on one of the original’s grandchild, or something. So it seems they live about 10-15 years, so it could still be the original. Interestingly enough, after I left college, there was a “black squirrel” living in a tree near my apartment. Almost the opposite of albinism. Edit: It should be pointed out that _my_ albino squirrel was from RPI, not the University of North Texas, like in that youtube video. ---

I had a whole family of them living under my house recently. The babies are cuter than shit, believe me. ---

Cute. Looks like it has some pigmentation on its nose and paws, so it can’t be a total albino. Which is probably a good thing, as I believe partial albinos tend to have better vision. ---
