I’ll admit that I’ll sometimes start “A Sky of Honey” with “Sunset”, especially if I don’t have time to listen to it. But seriously…it’s only Rolf Harris. And he doesn’t have a banjo.

Seconded.

“Fitter Happier” is the kind of schlock best reserved for pretentious high school students.

Deep Purple Mk III’s _Burn_ is a superb hard rock album, save for the inexplicable, unneccessary turd-of-an-instrumental _A 200_.

Blasphemy - you probably skip over “Miss Gradenko” too.

Also, from Jethro Tull’s Heavy Horses album : “Journeyman”.

Sounded like someone woke Ian Anderson up at 3:00 am and told him he had to try writing a disco tune.

Disco? _Disco???_ On what planet is a song with as many rhythmic jerks and change-ups as that one, with a melody that changes meter three times in the first four bars (4/4, 3/4, 2/4, 4/4), _disco?_

I know, I know it’s not disco. The beginning beats are what grate(d) on me.
And the voice. I still can’t stand this song 32 years on.

It’s actually the only song from their entire classic era (68-79) which I hate.

I should think that if there’s just one song on that album where the voice would bother you, it would be “And the Mouse Police Never Sleeps,” where Anderson uses that exaggeratedly gravelly tone. No wonder he coughs at the end!

You got me there, I hate the ending of that song too. You’ve just inspired me to make an edited version. Thanks!

:smack: I always get those two confused. My mom used to listen to them. I actually like some of Neil Diamond’s stuff, but _not that one!_.

Thios reminfs me of another album, Love and Rockets’ _Seventh Dream of Teenage Heaven_. Another great album, but the Canadian vinyl release included one not-so-great song, “Ball of Confusion”. Gues which song got all the airplay.
