Alex Jones has committed crimes in pursuit of his lunacy. Note the break in at Bohemian Grove as an example. Other less illegal but obviously nutbar antics would be like the time he chased after armed forces members in NYC screaming obscenities at them at the top of his lungs. First Amendment also does not let you slander people. ---

The state didn’t tear apart Alex Jones’s family, he and his wife did that. And since now that their family has disintegrated, the parents have different ideas about what should happen with the kids. So what exactly is supposed to happen next? Yeah, they should sit down and work it out together like adults. But they didn’t do that. So since they can’t resolve the dispute between themselves like adults, someone else has to resolve the dispute. Hence the involvement of the dreaded state. ---

Besides “spider goats” and “human animal chimeras,” Jones bellowed about “rhesus monkeys that you can buy in the Hong Kong market and glow in the dark and are part jellyfish,” and made a passing reference to fluoride poisoning. He also took aim at his favorite targets—George Soros and the “fake news fiction writers” of the mainstream media. He didn’t express joy in the children being reunited with their mother. He literally smiles at the news that a family is in turmoil due to the father’s behavior. That’s antisocial.
