# alif baa taa thaa...

ok, those are the first 4 letters of the Arabic language that I am currently teaching myself. But some of their letters, or sounds, have no equivalent in English. And the book I use even goes out of its way to say that some of them are very close to the English sounds. And one was described as the sound you can get by choking yourself? Anyway this stuff is hard.

Does anybody know some sites where I can download sound files for the letters and maybe some simple words? Thank you most ever so much.
