Why would anyone comment on **The Addams Family** , instead of the classic **The Beast With Five Fingers** _(far superior to subsequent imitations)_? I figured **Eve’s** reference to a disembodied hand could not represent anything other than clear proof that at last **Eve** had cast off her mmisguided and transient infatuation with cinema’s glamour days, and was redirecting her focus to an area near and dear to my heart - old “B” horror movies. To think that all of those Friday and Saturday nights I stayed up late as a teenager, eating popcorn and watching **Creature Features** and **Svengoolie** , were simply and inevitably drawing me closer to my darling **Eve**. There’s no use in denying fate, dear. Now if THAT ain’t proof of an impishly subtle yet awesomely intelligent designer, what more could you want?! ---

I just saw this thread, and I have a few things to say. A) I have known that **Eve** had had the courage to surgically correct an accident of birth for over a year. A fact I had no inclination to share with anyone, as it has nothing to do with pretty much anything. B) It is none of my business who she WAS…it is only my business to appreciate who she IS…and I do, very much. Actually, I appreciate her even MORE for having to courage to start this thread. (Don’t let the turkeys get you down, hon…let 'em gobble all they want, almost NONE of us speak turkey. And no one feels the need to hire an interpreter, either.) C) **DAVEW0071** , you are not only a red-hot cutie, you are a wonderful DARLING man. Don’t tell anyone, mind, but if it weren’t for my newly found made up SO [sub]and your equally marvelous wife[/sub] I would be all over you like chocolate on shortbread! Ummm, okay. I haven’t been too active myself lately, so I missed all of what’s going on here. But as long as our beloved **Eve** is back in the fold, all\* is well in the world. Personal revelations notwithstanding, she makes this board what it is. Any uncomfortable questions I may have will be saved for face-time, and probably not asked in that event anyway. Absolutely, **Tansu** dear…and let us just hope we don’t end up having to wear them again at the OTHER end of our lives. I know that is a sad thought.
