Jesse Smollet, Drama King, just doesn’t know when to shut up. That whole bit about “I’m not suicidal” - what, Jesse, going to make another noose for yourself out of the bedsheets? You’ve just been found guilty and that live broadcast last night involved a lot of public humiliation (and also pointed out you’ve been the butt of jokes for some time now). STFU and stop playing the role. This is NOT a TV drama or movie and your attempt at a [“Perry Mason moment”](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perry_Mason_moment) didn’t do you any favors. This whole Subway question is a moot point. I believe everyone agrees that Smollett did in fact visit a Subway at the time he claimed and make a purchase there. The issues raised in connection with the Subway visit were 1) whether he had a genuine reason to visit a Subway at that odd hour or did it as part of the setup, and 2) the fact that after the “attack” he made it home still clutching his Subway purchase, not having lost it during the “fight”, raised suspicions that the attack was bogus. > [@Two\_Many\_Cats2](#): > > Yeah, you have to publicly declare you’re not suicidal, so you won’t get snuffed in prison. Repeatedly declaring that he is not suicidal is Jussie setting up act 2 of this persecution drama. There will be another attack on him while he is in jail, made to look like a suicide attempt, that will prove that he is not safe in jail and must be released, all set up by Jussie. This is not a very bright person and his narcistic ego will not let this rest, it can’t. Does anyone think that he is going to quietly sit in jail for 150 days? ---
