Globie: FlickaCams will be installed on all FlickaFlicka’s, and they will be monitored at all times by the Royal Treasurer, who may or may not be wearing pants whilst fulfilling this duty. No Spankie Tax so far - but next year looks like a tight budget, so who knows? I’d sooner implement a Spankie Tax than a Guinness Tax 😃 ---
