I’ve been playing [Bookworm](http://www.popcap.com/games/bookworm/web) on and off for years but I’m looking for other similar or better word puzzle type games. Any recommendations? Any recommendations for other web based games that are fun? I’d prefer links where I don’t have to sign up for anything.

Not a word game, but a single-player, risk clone game called [World Wars](http://armorgames.com/play/2765/world-wars), even though it’s all confined to a randomly generated hexagonal continent.
