depends on where you’re flying from. DFW is the truly interstate/national airport, but traffic sucks drving into town. Love Field takes flights from all the neighboring states, but the drive is sooooo much shorter. And thanx to Grace and Chef Troy for the emails. 🙂 ---

I vote for 7:30. That gives Balance a little more time in class, and also gives you mid-cities and Fort Worth types more time to beat rush hour, while still being early enough that Chef Jr. won’t be cranky yet. Still no promises on coming back to my place afterwards… it will depend on whether I can get the place clean tonight. Poor Mrs. Chef… she said she probably won’t be home until well after midnight. ---

Per requests of Jim and Grace, here’s “The Story of the Broken Nose”. This was a few years ago. Me and my, then, girlfriend are going at it pretty heavily. It was one of those ‘get finished before the parents get home’ kind of things. So, we’re going doggie style and she’s trying to tell me to stop. All that come out are some grunt like noises, so I’m thinking, “Go me!”. For the life of me, I can’t remember why she wanted to stop right then. Anyway, she starts bucking a little to throw me off, but not realising this, and being urged on by a half moan/scream thing, I grab on for the ride. She finally manages to throw herself back at me. This was not good. The back of her head nailed me full force in the nose and knocked me back. Again, this was not good. I fell off of the bed and nailed my head on my closet door. What should have gone through my mind at that point was, “My nose is broken and my head may be bleading. Perhaps I should seek some medical attention.” I was like 16 at the time, so what actually went through my head was, “I can still get some before my parents get home.” So I finished up real quick, went to the bathroom, set my nose(severe pain), felt a lump developing on the back of my head, got dressed and ended up in the living room watching TV with time to spare. That is where that bump on my nose came from and now you know the rest of the story. My thinking as to why nobody can find this story while doing a search is because I may have posted this under a different name. I had a different username on this board at one time, but forgot both the name and the password. It was then that I created Aglarond and I’ve been using it ever since. ---
