Hmmm, I’ve recently gotten shorter-cropped hair, so let me take a quick look in the bathroom mirror to see if the color appearance has changed at all…nope, still medium-light brown.
I have brown hair, and it’s slowly, inexorably going gray. My moustache has hairs of five different colors.
Brown hair, brown eyes. Hope this doesn’t make me part of an offensive stereotype.
Dark brown naturally. Currently, though, it’s dyed black with red tips.
Now that I understand the purpose of the thread :smack: , I would like to say that my answering isn’t meant to imply that I think the questions are of the same nature or weight. I agree with the sentiments in the other thread that say the world is not color-blind and heritage is a valuable thing.
Dark brown with a few white haits. Off green eyes.
Hairs. Preview, preview, preview.
[Henry Higgins]Brown! Brown brown brown brown brown![/HH]
Brown hair and pale blue eyes.
I had brown hair. Does that count? It’s got an awful lot of white highlights these days. (Brown eyes, too. Yeah, I’m one of those.)
Brown hair with a couple of white patches, blue eyes.
Blond as a wee child, but growing darker continuously since then, 'till now when it’s getting some distinguished grey streaks (that are in peril from the receeding hairline, alas). Way back in highschool when I was swimming hours daily, it was kind of bleached and chlorinated into a weirdly metallic brass color that was rather cool but unmanageable. But, brown, still.
FWIIW, in beauty college, years ago, we were taught it was not possible for anyone to have black hair naturally. Hair color was decided by how many parts red, blue, and yellow it had. So the very darkest hair would have a lot of blue, but had to have a bit of the other colors, otherwise it would be blue. And any mixture of blue, red and yellow, would then become technically brown, not black.
So that may be why your official documents show brown. Although I imagine some people do list their hair color as black.
Brown. #114 Light Ash Brown, to be exact. We are not discussing the gray roots (I took care of those this morning). I have my braids that got cut off at age ten, and my haircolor now is as close to that as I can get.
Stick straight, brown, with shiny silver things springing out that are resistant to Ms. Clairol.
Brown hair blue eyes.
And I’m sick and tired of my people being oppressed!
Nice! You rarely ever see that combination. The most you get is black hair and green eyes…amd I do so love green eyes.
I have quite dark brown hair that bleaches and gets small red and gold streaks in the summer, which is the result of a Scottish dad and a part-Korean mom. (My brother got the unmixed, straight, very very dark Korean hair.)
I currently have a little blond flash just at the tips of the front of my hair, the remnants of having dyed it fire engine red after the last election (I was tired of looking so clean-cut, though I had had blonde streaks before then).
I’m trying to grow my hair out to be longer in the front, but I have to keep the sides and back very short or else they boink out in these awful little ringlets and cowlicks (again, Korea and Scotland at war for my head).
Dark brown hair, vibrant green eyes. A flash of silver here and there.
I have mid back length brown hair and brown eyes and damn proud of it!
