I like Mel Gibson’s [Hamlet](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099726/). I thought he did a damn good job at it. And like a lot of others here, I like Big Trouble in Little China. It’s a fun ride, and the eye candy (from a female who likes males perspective) is pretty good. And then there’s [BubbaHo-tep](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0281686/), which I loved except for the scene with the bugs. ---

I have a friend of the female persuasion who says that _A Serbian Film_ is one of her favorite movies of all time, and “isn’t as bad” as everyone says it is. Having read the Wikipedia summary of the plot, I have no interest in watching it to see if she’s right or not. ---

I watched the red-band trailer for it a few months ago. It looks amazingly harsh and brutal, but the weird thing was that the industrial music disturbed me far, far worse than the imagery. I literally felt sick to my stomach, and I’m sure it was as a result of the music. Joe ---
