# all the spams i get are from msn

how come all the spam i’m getting latly is from [msn.com](http://msn.com). i would say that 9 out of 10 spams in my in box is from msn. what’s the deel?

What email service do you use?

I use hotmail and get all my spam from MSN so Im assuming(read: I dont know) hotmail is giving my email address out 🙂

I also get a ton of spam whic _appears_ to come from MSN. I believe these addresses are forged and spammers use them because Hotmail will not allow you to block anything which appears to come from MSN. I have blocked anything from MSN in my POP3 email but I cannot do it in my hotmail account. If anyone knows how to do it please tell.
