# All US Constitutional Amendments are wiped out, which come back and which are gone forever?

It’s also pretty popular. If it’s not re-upped I think you’d see it done widely at the state level, which is what happened the first time around when people got tired of how horribly the old method worked.

ETA: For all I know it might still be a vestigial part of some state constitutions.
