There’s been snow in Eastern Oregon … some buildings have collapsed … outbuildings and sheds and porches and stuff … the roads are all blocked and the snowplows are required to clear I-84 first … and that takes awhile … I waiting for some sniveling butthurt Californian to come on whining about the flood waters … ---
