Alligator book, Alligator book  
I really didn’t steal it, so please don’t say that I’m a crook.  
If you want to find me, I’ll be snuggled in a nook,  
Paging thru and reading my new Alligator book.

Ok - where can I find a clip of the song to see if the tune in my head is anywhere near the real thing.

[dangit - can’t get this thing out of my head!]

Alligator soup, alligator soup  
Smells so very spicy, nearly threw me for a loop  
I was feeling constipated, now I really gotta… ooop!  
Please take away that alligator soup!

But the smell of dead 'gator makes me want to barf

Alligator feast, alligator feast  
Impatiently I drum my fingers, while they carve the horrid beast!  
A vegetarian on Thanksgiving doesn’t mind in the least  
When they pass the cranberry jello during Alligator Feast.
