I looked around the bb Klostermann site and the web in general without success. Honestly, this is a very common situation. A small child latches onto a particular lovey out of a field of possibilities and will accept no other. Over the years, the lovey gets more and more fragile as the child grows older. There are patches, there are spots that get sewed back together, and in the end, the lovey either disintegrates or is retired or graduates to a shelf where it can look down protectively over the child. Even if you had the identical item, it still wouldn’t have been loved and snuggled in the right places and it wouldn’t smell right. ---

6impossiblethings is close, but it is much less colorful, and I think it always was. I didn’t think that two years was that long, but I guess these kinds of things change constantly, one batch is sold and new batches, with different materials take their place. ---

A last attempt for you **dauerbach** -[here](http://www.ebay.de/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140600285174&clk_rvr_id=288451904248#ht_1236wt_952) is a much less colourful one, though it isn’t the same brand as you mention. I think its lamb/monkey head looks a little more sheepish than the colourful one; but so it should do with all the trouble it’s causing. **jjimm** , I think you did a stellar job in your search. I, too, am stuffed if I can find that little monkey. ---
