I meant that everyone who is whining here on the message board should just shut the fuck up. And if you’re out there having sex with lots of people, then yes, it would behoove you to use a condom. ---

If they didn’t use a condom…they knew the risks. The population of this message board appears to be fairly above that of the general population. They know what condoms are, and they’ve probably made an informed decision not to use a condom. I’d be willing to wager, though, that the majority of the sexually promiscuous posters here have made an informed choice to use a condom. It just doesn’t seem right to post “I had sex last night (and yes I used a condom)” when the use of a condom is not relevant to the rest of the post. Telling someone to use a condom every time you hear that they’re having sex implies that you don’t trust their judgement, and that moreover you are assuming that they aren’t in, say, an exclusive, tested relationship. I can see it getting on the nerves of some of our gay male posters, too…they probably hear it all the time. I mean, it’s not as someone’s going to go “What is this condom thing you speak of? How may I utilize it in order to fornicate without fear?” You’re not enlightening anyone. You’re just nagging. That’s not to say that you’re not “allowed” to say that to someone…it just means that you should at least understand why they might get a little testy in reponse. ---

Besides, there would be little point in me having gone through all that pain, discomfort and inconvenience asociated with the vasectomy if a condom was to be used all of the time. ---

What if it’s two lesbians, what are they supposed to do with a condom? I guess if they were sharing a dildo, they could put a condom on that between swaps or something. Other than that I think some plastic wrap might be a better choice. Maybe Mylar if you’re worried about, er, chewing through. ---

I’ve also seen it done with a latex glove, which might be cheaper to buy in bulk than condoms. ---
