[IMDB](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0344651/fullcredits) says the experts – Deb Duchon, Shirley Corriher, and others – are real. The others are actors.

Wow, props to AB for being a stand-up guy and all, but if that had been me before I left I’d have informed that arrogant asshole rent-a-cop who I was, what I was doing, and that by forcing me to never shop there again he just cost his company a fortune in free advertising & endorsement because Food Network viewers are a loyal bunch…
