You don’t look ugly to me. I see “generally pretty”.
Who is telling you that you’re ugly? Your first step to self esteem should be to stop listening to that person.
The person who said you were ugly is ugly on the inside, where it really matters. And I would say that regardless of what you looked like.

p.s. Every person on earth has something about them that makes them “different”. Sometimes it’s more obvious than it is for other people, but it’s still there.

OK. My “something is not right about this” sense is tingling.
People who believes themselves to be ugly don’t take professional-looking photographs like those. They avoid the camera… And they definitely don’t post their pictures up on the internet and invite people to gawk over them.
So I’ve concluded that you’re just fishing for compliments.

Yes, they are, and even though she doesn’t have the webbed neck that many Turner’s women have, she is definitely of short stature.

My parents had the same suitcase she’s holding in one of the pictures. It was made by Samsonite. I looked it up, the case is eight inches high. Compare the case to the woman. She’s probably over five foot, not even that short.

Hey look, a history of asking tons of people everywhere on the web “Am I as ugly as I’m told? I have Turner Syndrome.” Same photos. Same MO. Got banned off at least one board.

She also asked the same question here then again three weeks later. She also tweets famous people, comedians mostly, several times a day trying to get them to watch her youtube video about Turner Syndrome, which is her talking about it for 5 minutes. I agree it doesn’t seem like a zero self esteem thing. I don’t know if she is fishing for compliments but she’s fishing for something, youtube hits maybe. If it’s awareness Turner Syndrome, there’s less spammy ways to do it.

Okay, fine but short. 
On a Reddit thread from a couple months ago started by someone other than our OP, apparently, someone listed “Lucy”'s dozen-plus aliases on Reddit, all of which have done this “omg people say I’m ugly!!1” shtick within a few months prior. I don’t know if you can link to a sub-discussion, scroll down to “lowspeedlowdrag”'s commentary. And Lucymcgoose is one of her Reddit aliases.
I recommend seeking a therapist, since months of spamming the Internet has failed to fill that void in your life.
