My mother was born in Northern Ireland. My Dad was born in England. I was born in England.

My question is: Can I get Republic of Ireland passport?

My mum thinks I can get one, but I’m not so sure…?

You were born outside Ireland to an Irish born parent. The Republic of Ireland does consider a person (such as your mother) who was born in Northern Ireland to be a citizen of the Republic.
