# Am I giving guys the wrong idea?

I agree with this. You have to be a catch to get one.

Why not focus on fixing what’s wrong with your life first and THEN go after a life partner?

This! I have several single male friends/co-workers I would love to introduce to a nice woman. (Sorry, though, I don’t live near you.) And I would love to meet a nice woman with a well-behaved child to trade babysitting with! (I already know several, but the more the better…)
