Portland, California, America itself, the American/Canadian border, city-data fora participants, this forum (and, I guess, this whole website) – you have nothing but insults regarding people in all of these locations as though there is something “wrong” with them but not, presumably, with you. It’s very easy to dismiss your own faults by saying you misspoke (we see this a lot in politics of course) or said “ONE stupid thing” but when’s the last time you dropped all the judgment of others and honestly considered your own thought process and communication style? I think I read in one of the linked comments that you are 25. (Unless I lost track of who was saying what in that squirrely thread.) This is smackdab in the middle of what for lots of us is a stretch of significant learning curve in terms of squaring how you perceive YOURSELF with how OTHERS perceive you. That learning curve is much more protracted for some than others. You seem unable to even entertain the **possibility** that your own perception (of self, of others and their motivations) is distorted. As such you are at the bottom of a long uphill climb. ---

Watch … Three dozen people will call me a “stupid mother fucker” now … but as long as it’s only once per sentence … it’s okay … I don’t mind, they’re probably right. ---
