White Castle hamburgers. I love ‘em, but every time someone sees me eat them they make some comment about ‘oh belly bombers’ or you’ll be feeling that tomorrow. I have never ever had any problem. No ‘loose bowel movements’, no gas, nothing at all. Is this abnormal? ---

I never had problems with them, either. Until I moved away from the East coast. Now that I only get a chance to have real sliders once a year or less, I definitely feel them a few hours later. Perhaps you’ve built up your tolerance. 😉 ---

Round these parts it’s called Krystal’s. I love those little gut bombers but a couple hours later it’s fart city. Back in the day when I partied a lot they were the best drunk food around. Still, when I get the craving won’t nuttin’ else do. ---

Right off the bat, I’ll say that I do loves me White Castle. My usual order is 4 jalapeno cheeseburgers and small fires. I’ll also admit its usually, its after a night of drinking. I typically eat the fries in the car on the way home and two of the burgers when I arrive. The next two are for breakfast. Hot sauce packets are essential. When I get up the next day, there is a bit of urgency to hit the can. Post WC movements are some of the least pleasant appearing but most pleasant feeling of them all. I’d judge WC as being unique in the regard and part of the appeal. The short story: Yes, they loosen things up down there but in a desireable manner. ---

They are called Krystals in Florida, and I love them. As far as I know they have never given me gas or indigestion. And I eat like 10 at a time! ---

They’re Krystal’s back home and I’ve never had a problem with them, even if I eat a dozen. And I have. I just wish there were some in the Pacific Northwest. ---

Only problem I ever have is when they give me regular cheeseburgers instead of jalapeno cheeseburgers. ---

My mom, son, and I drove to New York a few months ago just to try White Castle burgers. Seven hours or so round trip, and all three of us were sick afterwards.☹ Kinda disappointed in the burgers themselves too. I had a jalapeno and a regular cheeseburger. The jalapeno one was kinda icky, but the cheeseburger was inedible. Maybe they’re an acquired taste. ---

After a long night of heavy drinking, they can be either sublime or horrific. And you should never try them for the first time over the age of 23. 😃 ---

When I was preggers, White Castle was my craving. I could eat them all day and have no gastro-intestinal problems- - as long as I went through the drive through. For some reason the smell of the shop made my stomach do flip flops. I rarely eat there anymore, but this past weekend, after watching _Harold and Kumar_, I had a craving. I had two plain ol’ White Castles and two jalapeno WCs along with onion chips. Love the onion chips. I had some mild discomfort the following day (read: gas), but that could have been attributable to the onions.
