Eight days ago, someone shot and killed a cop in our small rural community. It seems as though all the local yahoos figured out that Law Enforcement might not have a good sense of humor about illegal fireworks out here because I haven’t heard a single bang. This just means the local yocals will store their illegal fireworks until later in the fire season but it has been very quiet here. ---
