Two hour premire Tuesday Nov 16 9-11 pm Tuesdays 9-10 pm starting Nov 23 for those who care, “Clubhouse” moves to Saturdays 8pm starting Nov 6 couple of links: [cbs release](http://66.51.173.18/cgi/gofuton.cgi?action=pr&id=20041020cbs01) [list of teams](http://www.realitytvworld.com/index/articles/story.php?s=2937) not sure what kind of spoilers might be in the second link. A spinning instructor is an exercise coach, sort of like in an aerobics class. It’s a simulated bike ride on stationary bikes. They do funky things with the lights and music and the instructor lead a class up/down hills of various steepness. I hear it’s quite a workout. ---

ALRIGHT!! I was hoping it would start soon. I haven’t seen any commercials for it though, but then again, I’m not a big TV watcher. ---
