# Amazon Cloud Music Player--Were they sued?

When Amazon’s Cloud music player came out, record lables were saying Amazon needed licenses it didn’t have. But all the links I can find relevant to this topic come from two years ago when the service was launched. Has nothing happened since then? Did no labels go after them or their users?

Looks like this set a precedent that prevented ACMP from getting sued:
