Amazon.com removes queer and trans books from bestseller lists

Are you sure you aren’t a moron? Just asking a question . . .

I can’t wait until you piss off the wrong person in real life and they break your hand. Then we’ll all be spared of your “contributions” to this board.

But what baffles me is how you can be so normal outside of GD and The Pit.

But you’re probably just one of those Internet tough guys who talk big on message boards but wouldn’t act like this at all around real people. Of course, you’re also probably 14 too, because adults know when they’re not fucking wanted.

You are underestimating his age.

My brother is an Internet Tough Guy and he’s 20. If XBOX Live counts as the internet.

Nice, on topic, informative post. Really bringing your A game, aren’t you? Are you sure YOU aren’t a moron? Because frankly, no one else is.

Of course I don’t “talk like this” around “real people,” you fucking idiot. You are participating in an anonymous message board, and in a forum of that board called The BBQ Pit, where it is de rigeur to flame people. How I act in this forum has nothing to do with how I act in other situations, and that doesn’t make me an “internet tough guy,” it makes me a person that knows the rules of different areas of human interaction. If you don’t want to be flamed or to see others being flamed, then go hang out in MPSIMS or just stay off of anonymous message boards entirely.

You assume people care about you enough to have read what you had to say a 2.5 months ago? :stuck_out_tongue:

I don’t participate in the meanness part of the Pit, so that probably wasn’t even funny. But I tried, just for you.

Anyways, I would argue that your question was written as to be taken as rhetorical. In other words, you assumed a negative answer, thus making a claim. If I misread you, I apologize.

And if you don’t like people coming in and responding to you 2 months later, blame millen for “accidentally” posting in this thread. Again, I kid.

It wasn’t a rhetorical question, so yeah, you know what they say happens when you assume. cricetus was making a claim. I questioned his claim. He never backed it up, but I get morons like Rand Rover giving me a hard time for even questioning Amazon’s efforts to investigate and rectify the situation. Maybe they did. Maybe they didn’t. Maybe there was no situation in the first place. It’s not up to me to prove it or disprove it because I never, not once, in this thread, made a claim of any kind. My contributions to this thread were minuscule, really. cricetus seemed awfully worked up, though, without much evidence. Why not jump on him instead of me, if your issue is with people making unsupported claims?

I’m never a huge fan of people giving me shit for things I didn’t do, but I really don’t expect it two months later.

You might want to read a dictionary and doublecheck what the word “anonymous” means. Your identity and all your posts here are tied to your screen name “Rand Rover.” Which means you’re a little piss-ant who’s obsessed with Ayn Rand (or a yappy bitch who wags his tail for his Objectivist master, your pick). You use that obsession (along with your glamorous job as a tax lawyer in New York City) to act like a bastard to people who have done nothing more than use The Pit for its stated purposes.

That’s because it is not “de rigeur to flame people” in The Pit. It is de rigeur to complain about things that are worth complaining about (and some that aren’t). Sometimes, if your complain is not deemed “worthy”, the mob will turn against you. You, on the other hand, are always ready to cut down anyone. Even when they have every right to complain and you (wait for it) are being a yappy bitch.

So therefore, because you have a history on this board tied to the screen name “Rand Rover”, whenever you act like a jerkass, the mob turns on you. Yet, you just stick your fingers in your ears (no doubt aided by the buxom broads drawn to a man who knows his Ayn Rand) and ignore it.

Which is what I should have done to you, but I was bored and felt like roasting a snivelling weasel that I’ve really come to hate.

Very well said Mr. Bailey.

I wish I was that eloquent.

So I guess you frequently call people “a yappy bitch” in the real world? Or are you also an internet tough guy?

You misunderstand, I don’t think of you as a real person. You’re an unreal jackass who happens to share this message board with thousands of real people.

You’re a unique snowflake Randy… that is, by yourself you’re small and insignificant.
