0.800.279.6620 (with UK for Amazon UK)

Plus two more hard to find numbers:  
e-Bay 1.408.376.7400 and 1.800.322.9266 (Toll free US)

What \*\*Barn Owl \*\* is posting is something that those particular companies do not. There are some companies who have the mentality that “If we answer the phone, it will cost us money”. I’d venture that it costs them money _not_ to pick up the phone, as well, but those companies seem to do a lot of business, so what do I know?

Now, if someone could just post the number for Verizon FIOS that they actually answer, that’s be a boon!

**WARNING** : I just opened it (after years of having it bookmarked) and there was a talking advertisement on it. (I hate sites with sound.)

It is still a good reference though.
