I’ve read 11, plus a lot of Sherlock Holmes and Edgar Allan Poe stories. That’s more than I expected; mysteries aren’t my favourite genre.
Only 16
And I threw one of them across the room, unable to finish. It’s a stupid list.
26
I enjoyed most of the ones I read. Some I will never read, others area on my reading list.
I’m impressed that my 15 yo son has read 14 of them.
ETA: I have read 17 from the mystery list, including all of Sherlock Holmes.
21 for me, incl. Holmes, of course. Glad to see Cussler’s Raise the Titanic! on the list; it’s been a favorite of mine since I was a kid.
I think I’ve read 28 from the mystery list.
23, with about another 20 sitting on the shelves in my home as yet unread, I having married into possession of them.
Anything by Tony Hillerman could make the list, not just the one that did.
It’s a crap list. I mean, “Moneyball”? “Kitchen Confidential”?
And many of the ones they seem to suggest are outstanding in their genre certainly aren’t.
