I did some scholarly research and discovered that St. Patrick was not Irish. He was Ukrainian. It’s been hushed up. When the snakes saw his face they said, “If you’re staying, we’re leaving.” My neighbour three doors down is a native Dubliner. My wife says, “Why do you spend time with that guy? He’s completely crazy.” I told her that she just answered her own question. I should add that he’s crazy in a very intelligent way. It’s hard to explain. ---
