I think that’s part of the motivation – keeping “undesirables” from having babies who are citizens. ---

Nevertheless, he [is licensed](https://gcmb.mylicense.com/verification) as a physician specialized in obstetrics and gynecology. _Business Insider_ hints at the fact that he is properly licensed by the state, but does not outright state it. I would also take the prior malpractice lawsuit with a grain of salt. Gynecologists have it rough when it comes to malpractice. In at least [one survey](http://dx.doi.org/10.1056/NEJMsa1012370), gynecologists aged 65+ had a 95.7% chance of facing a malpractice claim and the highest rate of paid claims among all specialties.
