# America, the name

The situations here are more truthful than the myths students are taught. If students were taught how things really occur, they might be prepared to make things happen in the world.

When you start a thread, it’s helpful to other readers if you provide a link to the column you’re discussing. It saves people searching time, and it keeps us more or less on the same page.
