It’s a metaphor for the plight of Mitt’s old dog. People at the rally would look up and see Mitt strapped to the rooftop, crying out “no you didn’t, no you didn’t” as he shit in his pants. ---

Okay, I’ll be the one who takes this semi-seriously. I’m assuming the OP feels there’s something that Obama is widely claiming he did but hasn’t actually done? Could you explain what it is specifically? In a broader sense, the fact that I’m asking indicates this wouldn’t be a very effective strategy. A good campaign slogan doesn’t need to be explained. ---
